Although it was predestined, he did have a choice.
In the Garden of Gethsemane,
he said, "If possible, let the cup pass me, but not by my will; your will"...
And Judas was one of his followers,

It is an excellent question, a great topic for discussion!!
Jesus was put on this earth to die for our sins and to save us, it was and is the ultimate sacrifice. Judas was dammed for turning Jesus in, but if he would have not have done so, than how would Jesus have died for our sins to save us to begin with? Remember all things work together for good...
Its really all about what you believe? Do you believe you were placed on this earth for a purpose? Do you believe that things just happen or everything was predetermined?
Things that make you go hhhhhmmmmmm...
I don't know about the predetermined theory. Here is a quick example, what if a 4-year-old girl suffers violent beatings and molestation from her father, who eventually murders her with no one suspecting a thing. What was her purpose? To be molested, abused, and killed by someone who was suppose to love her unconditionally? I don’t buy it.

Matthew 26:36-46
Gethsemane
36Then Jesus went with his disciples to a place called Gethsemane, and he said to them, "Sit here while I go over there and pray." 37He took Peter and the two sons of Zebedee along with him, and he began to be sorrowful and troubled. 38Then he said to them, "My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death. Stay here and keep watch with me."
39Going a little farther, he fell with his face to the ground and prayed, "My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will."
40Then he returned to his disciples and found them sleeping. "Could you men not keep watch with me for one hour?" he asked Peter. 41"Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the body is weak."
42He went away a second time and prayed, "My Father, if it is not possible for this cup to be taken away unless I drink it, may your will be done."
43When he came back, he again found them sleeping, because their eyes were heavy. 44So he left them and went away once more and prayed the third time, saying the same thing.
45Then he returned to the disciples and said to them, "Are you still sleeping and resting? Look, the hour is near, and the Son of Man is betrayed into the hands of sinners. 46Rise, let us go! Here comes my betrayer!"

So you gave this example of a 4 year old girl that was molested, you never know what kind of impact a small girl like that can leave on the world, you doubt she can make an impact becasue she is only 4? Have you ever seen the movie pay it foward? You never know how her death can impact someone elses life to the point that they would want to change there life completely. Everything works together for good and sometimes we can not see the whole picture inorder to understand why certain things happen, most of the time we only get a few pieces here and there.
But i'm saying... what if NO ONE knew about the wrong doing of the 4-year old daughter's father. What if he remained the same exact person after he buried her body out back in the woods? That means that little girl had no effect whatsoever in life.
There are those who unfortunately go through situations as such.
Just becuase a situation like that might not have an effect on your life does not mean it won't have an effect on someone elses life. No life is wasted! So she dies and no one knows anything about her being molested, would it not be better for her mother to feel the joy of having a child and sadly losing her child than to have never had the joy to experience having a child to begin with. Maybe that was her purpose!!! I don't know, maybe I am crazy.
What if her mother died giving birth! HA! I win! lol...

Its not about winning or losing loser, but if we must resort to this than, at least the mother had the joy to experience pregnancy and her child was able to be born and bring joy to the world. HA!!!! =P
Yea, the child brought joy to the world ....to the sick-demented-horny father of hers! What's the point in that! HA!!!
Maybe she starts an organization or recovery program for abused and molested kids, because she herself was a victim, and would like to help prevent others from being molested as she was. Her life had purpose even though it required some negative things to happen to her in order for something positive to come about. HA! HA!

The little girl is not alive, the mother is not alive, and the father is drinking a 40 oz. in the garage listening to show tunes. HA HA HA !!!
Well you started to change the whole story and now you want to go back to the original one. Fine!!! Someone starts an organization or recovery program due to the deaths of all molested children and the father is filled with guilt for molesting and killing the 4 year old girl. The police catch him and he goes to jail where he begins to help other sex offenders deal with there problems and addictions, as he has been taught to deal with it through a rehabilitaion program. This is a make believe story you know...
